By using this stove, the buyer acknowledges that there are inherent hazards associated with the use of stoves, the handling of fuel, and the proximity to fire and that these inherent hazards cannot be ameliorated, mitigated or obviated while still maintaining the essential functionality of the stove. The buyer accepts all responsibility to exercise reasonable and customary precautions relating to, but not limited to, physical safety, combustible material, concentration of fuel vapor, oxygen depletion and carbon monoxide poisoning. Buyer assumes all risk of loss and injury and warrants that he will defend, indemnify and hold seller harmless for any direct or consequential harm or damage that may result from the use of this product.
The only fuels that can be used with this stove are methyl, ethyl and isopropyl alcohol. Isopropyl alcohol will produce soot and is not a preferred fuel, but can be used if methanol or ethanol are unavailable. No other fuel or volatile liquid of any kind must ever be used with this stove. This includes, but is not limited to, Coleman fuel (white gas), gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel, jet fuel, rapeseed oil and acetone.
This product is warranted against any defects in material or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the stove. Any defective part will be promptly replaced upon being returned post paid to the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or accidents. There are no expressed or implied warranties, or any warranty of merchantability.
